Have you ever had a question you’ve wanted to ask, but were hesitant to do so? Maybe you felt foolish, or vulnerable or were afraid to “look bad”? So, instead of asking for yourself, you’re “Asking for a friend…”

Week #1 we tackle anxiety and fear.

How do you remain hopeful and faithful in times like this? Is it a sin to be fearful? Do you ever get so caught up in life, you ask “is God causing this anxiety? And why would He cause this?”

There are “six big causes” of anxiety that drive our society today. Psalm 23 gives us insight into God’s thoughts about anxiety and fear.

God is not a taskmaster with a book of rules waiting for us to screw up. Instead he is an intimate, loving Father who looks after us and brings us through our anxiety and fear.

“When you allow God to lead, you can’t get lost.”
